"In the rainforest, we had to get higher to meet certain species since most of the action is happening at the canopy level. We used the help of Miguel Sanchez, a farmer from the area. This picture was taken at 30 yards from the ground, Miguel didn't used any kind of security for himself."

"Scarlet macaw's nests are usually high in the tree. In reason of massive forest destruction, especially of the tallest trees, a lack of holes with a suffiscient size for nesting led the macaw to nest significantly lower. They have to deal with predators that did not have acces to their nest before."

"The main difficulty in the canopy is the low visibility. Because of the vegetation density, I did not have a direct view on animals and this picture of Spider monkey was a challenge. These monkeys are called this way because of their long members, notably their prehensile tail, that gave them an impressive agility in trees."
